From examining trunnions and trunnion bearings to assessing drum tires and filler bars, we leave no stone unturned. Our thorough inspection extends to critical components such as the drum drive chain, teeth, and drive assembly, including sprockets, sprocket alignment, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and belts. We pay close attention to the graphite applicator system, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. Additionally, our inspection encompasses drum inlet and discharge seal belts, seals, and face plates, guaranteeing airtight performance and minimizing potential issues.

Dryer Alignment:

Standard Rate: $800 per dryer alignment.

Silver Street Rate: $900 per dryer alignment.

 

Inspection of Dryer Drum:

External Inspection: $200.

Additional Internal Inspection: $400.
